Automation Technician with PLC Expertise and Project Responsibility
Tasks
- Provide technical support for electrical, electronic and control issues at production sites
- Program, adapt and commission PLC controls and robot applications for assembly and testing systems
- Create, maintain and review circuit diagrams and technical documentation
- Support projects from planning through procurement to commissioning and handover to production
- Design, test and maintain electrical equipment for assembly machines and production lines
Requirements
- Completed training as an automation technician or a comparable technical qualification
- Experience in control cabinet construction and control technology for machines and systems
- Solid knowledge in PLC programming, ideally with Beckhoff (TwinCAT) and Siemens (TIA Portal)
- Confident use of electrical design tools such as EPLAN
- Independent, structured working style combined with teamwork and solution-oriented thinking
