To strengthen our team in the Visual field, we are looking from 01.04.2026, for an indefinite period, at the Biel site, for a *motivated* and *committed* person as Assistant Visual Merchandising Manager, 100%.

Your responsibilities
- You support the planning and coordination of all Visual concepts in the Non-Food, supermarket, and restaurant areas.
- You effectively implement Visual Merchandising at the point of sale and in the windows (including lighting).
- You independently carry out transformations, events, and projects.
- You regularly perform quality checks for the implementation of Visual Merchandising (price labeling, etc.).
- You are responsible for managing orders of Visual materials.
- You assist the Visual Manager in managing the Visual team staff.
- You supervise apprentices in their training as 3D poly designers.

Your profile
- Ideally, you have completed training as a decorator CFC or 3D poly designer CFC.
- You have completed the professional training course.
- You have an affinity for fashion and know current trends.
- You have a very good spatial representation ability.
- You have good manual skills and are happy to lend a hand.
- You have a good understanding of colors and shapes as well as their combinations.
- You are very familiar with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator and master all common Office applications.
- You understand things quickly, especially in the digital environment.
- You speak French fluently and preferably know another national language.
