About the job

In this responsible management position, you will lead and develop the management of our donor contact centres and actively shape the care and acquisition of our donors. Together with three team leaders and a dedicated team, you ensure a professional donor service and thus make an important contribution to the sustainable assurance of the blood supply.

What you can achieve

• You bear overall responsibility for the donor contact centres in Bern and Sion as well as for donor administration in Bern
• You lead three team leaders and a dedicated team and continuously develop the organisation
• You ensure a professional, service-oriented donor service, thereby creating an important foundation for sustainable blood supply
• You drive the digitalisation of the department forward and take on a central role in the introduction and further development of CRM systems
• You promote a positive and appreciative team culture and create optimal conditions for high service quality

What you bring with you

• You have a business administration education with a focus on marketing and/or communication (university, university of applied sciences or college)
• You bring several years of leadership experience as well as experience in managing projects
• You are characterised by a quick grasp, a structured way of working and a high awareness of quality
• You are IT-savvy and have experience in managing digital projects
• You enjoy personal exchange, have a strong flair for communication and maintaining customer relationships
• You have very good knowledge of French and are willing to travel regularly to Sion
