Dispatcher (m/f/d)

We are looking for a committed and reliable dispatcher (m/f/d) for our client.

In this responsible position, you will take on the coordination and organisation of orders, transports or assignments and ensure a smooth process.

Your tasks

• Planning and coordination of orders, tours or assignments
• Dispatching of vehicles, employees and resources
• Support and communication with customers, suppliers and internal departments
• Monitoring of delivery and deadline requirements
• Processing of enquiries as well as creation and maintenance of deployment and transport plans
• Recording and control of relevant data and documents
• Handling complaints and resolving arising problems

Your profile

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in dispatch, logistics or order processing is an advantage
• Organisational talent as well as a structured and independent way of working
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Confident handling of MS Office and ideally dispatch software
• Resilience, flexibility and strong customer orientation
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form
