Legal Counsel

As Legal Counsel, you support the Corporate Disclosure team in the monitoring and enforcement activities of SIX Exchange Regulation AG. You will perform monitoring tasks and be responsible for sanction proceedings. Are you ready for this exciting challenge? Then we look forward to receiving your complete application documents!
These are your tasks
- Independent monitoring of compliance with stock exchange regulations and enforcement of transparency obligations for companies listed on the Swiss stock exchange in the areas of ad hoc publicity and management transactions
- Preparation and execution of preliminary clarifications as well as investigation and sanction proceedings
- Oral and written response to inquiries from issuers and their representatives
- Legal support in general legal matters and collaboration on internal projects
What you bring with you
- Completed law degree and Swiss lawyer's license
- At least 2-4 years of professional experience, preferably in procedural and litigation law; interest in economic contexts and sound knowledge of Swiss corporate and capital market law
- Collegiality, curiosity, and the ambition to achieve professional results, structured and efficient working style, as well as willingness to support other teams and departments
- Fluent German and very good English skills in spoken and written form, good written French skills are an advantage
