Tasks

• Support in planning and work preparation (AVOR)
• Coordination and organisation of all project-related tasks
• Telephone and written communication with customers, suppliers and partners
• Obtaining project information and coordinating appointments
• Organisation of resources, services and infrastructure for our construction sites
• General administrative and organisational tasks

Qualifications

A specific educational path is not decisive for us. Whether commercial training, technical apprenticeship, studies or a completely different professional background, what matters is your motivation, communication skills and enjoyment in taking responsibility and organising things.

• Very good German and French skills, spoken and written
• Enjoyment of telephone communication and dealing with people
• Independent, reliable and structured way of working
• Organisational talent and the ability to keep several tasks in view simultaneously
• Sense of responsibility and a solution-oriented mindset
• Confident use of common Office applications
