Ever-Clean, a leading company in professional cleaning services, is looking for a responsible and highly qualified specialist to lead the Special Cleaning and Maintenance department.

Main Tasks

Department Management: Leading the Special Cleaning and Maintenance department.
Personnel Management: Organizing and supervising employees.
Planning: Coordinating assignments and optimizing resources.
Sales and Customer Service: Direct communication with customers, analyzing their needs, and selling services.
Quotations and Order Processing: Creating precise quotations and handling orders.
Collaboration: Close cooperation with the Maintenance Cleaning department to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

German skills: Fluent (at least B2).
English skills: Required.
Spanish/Italian: Advantageous.
Driver's license: Required.
Experience: Proven experience in the facility management industry.
Personality: Responsible, organized, detail-oriented, and strong leadership skills.
