For our Customer Contact Centre, we are looking for a committed and communicative individual who enjoys customer contact. Would you like to professionally engage on behalf of our banks? Then become part of our well-coordinated team in the Service Centre and help shape the future of HBL with us.
Your Tasks
- Receiving and processing customer enquiries by telephone
- Assisting with administrative tasks in the back office
- Supporting our customers in using their account solutions
- Documenting customer concerns in our systems
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Your Profile
- Commercial basic training, preferably in banking
- Strong communication skills and a high customer orientation
- Enjoyment of direct customer contact
- Very good German and French skills (at least level B2) are essential; additional language skills are a plus
- Reliable, team-oriented and solution-focused working style
