• Development of process improvements and new concepts in the SAP service environment, including customizing

• Active support and supervision of projects

• Support and care of SAP service users and key users; competent contact person for all topics related to SAP maintenance

• Sound knowledge of the new SAP service solution as well as solid experience in the SAP modules PM and CS
