HR Recruitment Specialist

We are immediately or by arrangement seeking a
60-80% - at least 4 days per week
for our HR team.

• You find the right talents: You are responsible for the entire recruiting process for specialists and executives from job posting to successful hiring.
• You are a sparring partner and first point of contact: You advise our line managers on recruitment, contribute your expertise and find suitable solutions together with them.
• You bring fresh ideas: With your creativity and new impulses, you further develop our recruiting and employer branding activities to attract the best talents in healthcare for us.
• On-boarding: You are responsible for our interdisciplinary induction day and continuously develop it further.

• You are an open, communicative personality who brings real added value to the team with your positive manner and sensitivity to people.
• You have a commercial basic education, further training in HR or recruiting is desirable.
• You bring several years of experience in recruitment, ideally in healthcare.
• You have business fluent German skills.
