While the Senevita locations stand for independent assisted living and comprehensive care, Senevita Casa is the leading provider of private home care services throughout Switzerland.

In January 2026, Senevita Birsgarten will open in Reinach /BL. We offer a total of 88 care places (22 protected units), 52 apartments for assisted living, and a restaurant in an idyllic location with very good public transport connections. For inpatient care with in-house home care

Actively shape our new facility and your team. You will significantly contribute to implementing processes to establish services and quality at the highest level. You can expect a new and modern working environment, as well as the opportunity to sustainably shape and influence your team and the home for our residents.

Your Tasks

Support in implementing nursing and care measures
Assistance in recording nursing effort/documentation using interRAI LTCF and RAI HC
Maintaining contact with relatives
Professional and individual execution of care and basic nursing

We Expect

Training at assistant level (Assistant in Health/Social EBA, Nursing Assistant
FA or SRK course)
Flexibility and ability to work in a team
Good German skills in spoken and written form (min. level B1)
Understanding and empathy for elderly people
