• Definition and further development of efficient working methods in requirements management in IBM DOORS Next.
• Close collaboration with engineering teams to integrate the working methods into existing processes and ensure efficient workflows for the entire engineering process (top-level requirements to specifications and test evidence)
• Development and implementation of training concepts for all user levels

• Completed technical studies, preferably in electrical engineering or software engineering
• Solid knowledge of IBM DOORS Next
• Proven experience in defining and optimizing work processes in requirements management
• Knowledge in integrating other Jazz applications, such as Engineering Workflow Manager and Engineering Test Management, as well as Siemens Teamcenter, is an advantage
• Programming experience with the interface to the IBM Jazz platform is desirable
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written (at least level C1)
