Customer Advisor Invoice Processing (80% - 100%)

You independently check the incoming invoices of IV service providers based on the issued orders, carry out the associated clarifications and execute the payment instructions. You handle reminders, manage correspondence and maintain telephone contact with suppliers, authorities and customers, supporting them with system-related queries. Furthermore, you record data for statistics and carry this out independently or in collaboration with colleagues.

You convince us both professionally and personally.

You have completed a three-year commercial apprenticeship or have another completed basic education and commercial further training (commercial diploma). Ideally, you have also gained several years of professional experience in a more number-related role. You enjoy working in a team, are willing to learn and want to develop personally and professionally. You enjoy working with numbers and your working style is precise and efficient. You are open to digital transformation.
