Your Contribution
- You create the documents for the various collective foundations of AXA as well as the internal and external forms, information sheets, and flyers in German, French, Italian, and English
- In doing so, you mainly work with the communications and legal experts in the team as well as various internal departments
- Besides creating the various documents, you are also responsible for the four-eyes principle review, timely publication, and archiving
- You are responsible for the graphic implementation of sales-supporting documents

- Your strengths include precise and structured working methods
- As a layout specialist, you have experience using Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
- You also skillfully use common Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Joy and flair for designing documents are as important as confident German in spoken and written form
- Knowledge in the field of occupational pensions and the above-mentioned foreign languages is an advantage
