Job description
- Independent construction management of high-quality residential construction projects
- You will manage demanding residential construction projects in the Zurich area, including primarily multi-family houses with 5 to 12 residential units, exclusive condominiums, high-quality single-family homes with sophisticated architecture and upscale finishing standards
- Coordination and leadership of all contractors and specialist planners involved in the construction
- Ensuring quality, costs, and deadlines across all project phases
- Accompanying projects from execution planning to handover
- Close cooperation with project management and planners
- Responsibility for several projects in parallel with manageable project volume
Profile
- Experience as a construction manager in Swiss residential construction
- Experience both on the planning side and in execution
- Technical basic training in the construction environment, for example as a bricklayer, electrician, heating planner, or comparable
- Further training as a construction manager, technician HF, or comparable qualification
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- High quality standards and pronounced sense of responsibility
