Role:
For an established non-profit organisation, we are looking for an analytical personality who acts as a central interface between internal and external stakeholders. You can expect a versatile key position with scope for design, professional responsibility, and a meaningful field of activity.
Responsibilities:
You coordinate, consolidate and review the annual reporting and further develop key figures and data systems
You ensure the proper allocation of financial resources and review cost, performance and contribution data
You manage contractual agreements with various partner organisations and support contract negotiations
You advise and train partner organisations on financial and contractual matters
You coordinate external audits and support audits
Qualifications:
You have a tertiary education in business administration, controlling or accounting
You bring several years of experience in controlling, especially in cost accounting and reporting
You have good knowledge of financial accounting and Swiss GAAP FER
You have very good German and French language skills
