To strengthen our nursing pool, we are looking for a motivated person immediately or by arrangement
What will you do with us?
Whether to cover short-term absences, during increased workload or in special situations – as a pool employee you are an important link in interprofessional collaboration. Your assignments take place across departments in various specialist areas. Additionally, planned on-call duties are part of your responsibilities. Of course, you will receive thorough induction in all departments – and our internal training offer is open to you.
- You care for and support our patients with passion and expertise – always up to date with the latest nursing standards
- You can take over the leadership of nursing groups if needed and work closely with healthcare professionals, nursing assistants, trainees and students
- You carry out the nursing process – including performance recording, supported by our modern clinical information system "Clinical"

Our offer

Our employment conditions are generally based on the collective labour agreement (GAV) for staff of Bernese hospitals and clinics.
