- Lead and develop the Front Office team operating in Lausanne and Winterthur
- Support private clients as well as institutional borrowers throughout Switzerland
- Manage and evolve sales activities in close collaboration with internal and external partners
- Actively manage internal and external stakeholders, such as AXA Distribution, Risk/Compliance, and other interest groups
- Ensure high service quality as well as the efficiency of credit and approval processes
- Promote a professional, high-performing, and motivating team culture
- Participate in strategic initiatives (digitization, process optimization)
Your skills and talents
Your skills and talents
- Several years of experience in the mortgage and credit sector in Switzerland
- Proven experience in team management in a similar role is an asset
- In-depth knowledge of the Swiss mortgage market and relevant regulatory requirements
- Strong customer orientation and experience with demanding private and professional clients
- A strong internal and external network in the market is an advantage
- Fluent in French and German (essential)
