For our high-turnover branch in Baar (ZG), we are looking for the top branch manager 100% starting 1 February 2027

Our branch in Baar is a flagship operation, high-turnover and known for the best quality as well as excellent service. For this important key position, we are looking for you as a strong leadership personality with a lot of passion.

Tasks

• You actively advise and maintain contact with our regular customers
• Receiving and preparing customer orders
• Providing and presenting our products in the self-service area
• You manage purchasing, stock and sales promotions for optimal stock turnover
• Professional cutting, refining and labelling
• Cash management and preparation of daily accounts
• You motivate and plan your sales team
• Hygiene control
• Correct execution of inventories

Your profile

• Completed basic training as a butcher or chef with strong butchery experience
• Professional experience in retail
• Entrepreneurial thinking personality with a strong sales mentality
• Enthusiastic, resilient, motivated and committed personality
• Confident, well-groomed and friendly manner in dealing with customers
• Team player
• IT skills in Word, Excel and Internet
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
