Workshop Manager / Small Engine Mechanic (100%)

Your Tasks
• Professional and organisational management of the workshop
• Service, repair and maintenance work on motorised equipment, robotic mowers, small machines and other devices
• Diagnosis and rectification of technical faults
• Planning and coordination of workshop orders
• Leadership and support of employees and apprentices
• Expert advice and technical support for our customers
• Ensuring quality, order and occupational safety in the workshop
• Spare parts management and material ordering

Your Profile
• Completed training as a small engine mechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic, construction machinery mechanic or comparable technical training
• Several years of professional experience, ideally with initial leadership experience
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style
• Enjoyment of customer contact and staff management
• Good organisational skills and sense of responsibility
