DGT Specialist (80 to 100%)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be involved in projects from the study phase. You will organise and lead the execution of projects until full handover to operations in coordination with the project team.

Do you recognise yourself in the following?

• You hold a Federal VET Diploma in a technical field complemented by technician-level training (ES) in construction management or a HES Engineer degree
• You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Ideally, you have completed training in railway construction site safety regulations (APD or APT courses)
• Knowledge of the railway environment, civil engineering construction or geotechnical field is an advantage
• Recognised for your excellent planning, organisation and coordination skills, you are able to manage several construction sites simultaneously
• With very good communication and diplomacy skills, you easily work in a team
• Rigorous and responsible, you work precisely, especially in applying safety standards
• You are proficient in French (level C1), knowledge of German is appreciated

• You collaborate with the project team to prepare tenders, validate submissions, the overall intentional schedule and the safety concept
• You organise site preparation and lead site/coordination meetings
• You manage the work and interventions of various companies within the assigned responsibilities and in compliance with safety, quality, deadlines and costs
• You participate in developing concepts related to protection measures and the progress of work in your role as Safety Management (RTE 20'100 and 20'600)
• You ensure commissioning and the preparation of execution documents until project closure
