- Receiving customer requests by phone
- Identifying customers
- Finding solutions to customer concerns
- Advising customers in e-banking
- Executing card blocks upon customer request
- You understand and speak Swiss German
- You conduct telephone consultations in German and French
- Additional language Italian is welcome
- You enjoy dealing with customers
- Experience in customer service and the banking sector is an advantage
- Good PC skills are required
- A clean criminal record and debt collection register extract are required for employment
- You are looking for a hybrid work model where you can mostly work from home

- After the training and onboarding phase, home office is possible
- Starting salary of CHF 4,488.- The salary is paid 12 times per year. In April 2026, the next collective agreement salary increase to a gross salary of CHF 4,519.- will take place.
- Training takes place in Fribourg and/or Bulle
- Up to the 5th year of service, one additional day of vacation each year, purchase of additional vacation possible

- Working hours Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 20:00, and partially on Saturdays 08:00 to 17:00
