About the job

Marina Lachen is the gastronomy and experience mile at the southernmost point of Lake Zurich. With around 70 employees, we operate three restaurants, a bar/lounge, banquet and seminar rooms for up to 120 people, a catering service, as well as a 4* hotel with 21 rooms. You are a trained cook (m/f) or have solid professional experience. You love Italian cuisine, place great value on quality, and are characterized by your calm and precise way of working.

Your new task:

Independently managing a station (Entremetier/Garde Manger)

Production of freshly prepared daily dishes

Assistance with goods receipt, orders, banquets, and catering

A friendly smile – you work in a show kitchen and therefore have direct guest contact

Co-designing the weekly changing menu

Compliance with hygiene and occupational safety regulations

This is how you will be successful with us:

Completed training as a cook or several years of professional experience

Joy in Italian cuisine

Committed personality, reliable and flexible

You speak and understand German
