We develop, design and produce mechatronic systems – from the idea to the series product – with a focus on drive technology, development and contract manufacturing. Our solutions power applications in robotics & automation, railway & transport, medtech, special vehicles, building and industrial automation.
For our Order Management / Order Processing department, we are looking for a responsible and solution-oriented individual who ensures and actively shapes our daily business from procurement to on-time customer delivery.
Your Tasks
- Order processing – from customer order through delivery to invoicing
- Ensuring and optimising material availability
- Placing orders based on technical drawings and obtaining quotations
- Coordinating and monitoring delivery dates with suppliers
- Processing order confirmations, delivery notes and invoices including resolving discrepancies
- Preparing calculations and offers for repeat business, including offer tracking
- Handling import and export processing as well as administrative support for customer returns
- Maintaining customer, supplier and partner contacts in the CRM and ERP systems
Your Profile
- Commercial or technical-commercial basic training (e.g. commercial clerk EFZ), ideally with further relevant training
- 3 to 5 years of experience in national and international order processing as well as logistics, ideally with international suppliers and in the procurement of technical components
- Technical flair and high IT affinity, ideally proficient in SAP, CRM systems and MS Office
- Native German speaker with English skills, French is an advantage
- Analytical thinking and a solution-oriented, sales- and customer-focused working style – recognises potential and actively uses business opportunities
- Independent, structured and reliable working style with strong organisational talent
- High customer orientation, clear communication, initiative, flexibility and team spirit – keeps an overview and sets priorities correctly even in a dynamic environment
