Your Role

In this position, you won’t just be stuck typing numbers. You are a central part of a team that takes on the following core tasks in our business:

• Independent management of your own portfolio of mandates
• Preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns
• Advising SME clients on financial and tax matters
• Assisting with process automation – and communicating requirements and wishes to the development team
• Contributing to team building, recruitment and training of new accountants
• Opportunity for leadership responsibility, if desired

We are looking for you if

• You hold or are pursuing the Swiss federal diploma as a fiduciary expert
• You have several years of experience in Swiss fiduciary services and accounting as well as in independently managing and advising SME clients
• You are happy to leave manual bookkeeping behind but are enthusiastic about automation, technology and new tools
• You communicate fluently in German and English both internally and with clients
• Ideally, you understand the accounting of players in the financial sector
• You have basic knowledge of payroll accounting
• You are interested in growth and development and enjoy making things smarter
