For our valued client in the Olten region, we are looking for a motivated individual as Operations Mechanic (a). If you enjoy taking responsibility, are technically skilled, and want to ensure that production facilities operate reliably, we look forward to receiving your application.

Your tasks:

• Ensuring the reliable availability and functionality of production facilities and machines
• Carrying out maintenance, repair, and servicing work to guarantee smooth production processes
• Analysing technical faults and providing quick and sustainable troubleshooting
• Performing preventive maintenance measures as well as continuous optimisation and improvement of the facilities
• Supporting technical conversions, new installations, and the implementation of improvement measures
• Careful documentation of maintenance, repairs, and technical faults
• Close collaboration with production, engineering, and other internal departments

Your profile:

• Completed technical training, for example as a polymechanic, production mechanic, mechanic, or in a comparable technical profession
• Professional experience in maintenance or technical support of production facilities is an advantage
• Good mechanical knowledge; knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics is a plus
• Experience in systematic fault analysis and troubleshooting
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
• Willingness to work shifts is an advantage
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Strong technical understanding and enjoyment of practical and varied tasks
• Team-oriented and responsible personality
