Would you like to actively shape the future of our real estate and infrastructure? Do you think strategically, act entrepreneurially, and keep an overview even in complex projects? Then you are exactly right with us! Due to retirement, we are looking for a Head of Real Estate Department.
This is what you can achieve
- You take overall responsibility for the real estate and technical building management of the BSZ Foundation - a diverse portfolio with residential and work buildings at 8 locations in the canton of Schwyz.
- You are responsible for a well-coordinated team of 16 people, including one directly reporting and five clients – professionally, personally, organisationally and financially.
- You ensure the sustainable preservation of value of our real estate portfolio and are responsible for maintenance, renovation and construction projects – from strategic planning to successful implementation.
- You design our infrastructure with a future-oriented approach and ensure an economical, safe and sustainable operation of our buildings and technical systems.
- You are responsible for contract and supplier management including tenders and awards and ensure compliance with legal, technical and safety-related requirements.
- You advise the management on strategic real estate and infrastructure matters and actively develop our real estate management further.
This is what you bring with you
- Higher education or further training (HF/FH) in the field of facility management, building technology, real estate management, construction or a comparable discipline.
- Several years of leadership and professional experience in technical building or real estate management.
- Sound knowledge in the areas of maintenance, construction projects as well as budget and investment planning.
- Experience in contract and supplier management as well as dealing with legal and safety-related requirements.
- Entrepreneurial thinking, efficient work organisation as well as a structured and solution-oriented working method.
- High social competence, communication skills and sensitivity for the environment of a social institution in interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Confident handling of digital work tools, driving licence and very good German language skills.
