Role:
Our client is an established Swiss electrical and building technology company with a versatile project portfolio. You lead your own specialist department, further develop your team and are responsible for the operational as well as economic management of ongoing electrical projects.
Responsibilities:
Independently lead the electrical installation department
Coordinate, promote and develop employees
Manage projects and resources economically
Be responsible for calculation, billing and cost control
Ensure deadlines and execution quality
Professionally support customers and business partners
Qualifications:
Training as an electrical installer EFZ
Further training as a certified electrical installer or electrical project manager
Several years of experience in the electrical industry
Practical experience in leadership and project management
Confident in calculation and accounting
Entrepreneurial and service-oriented working style
