About the job
What you will do here
- Contact person for our customers at the reception or by phone
- Provide information, mediate contacts, reserve rooms and manage appointments
- Perform general administrative tasks for the Department of Architecture, Wood and Construction including material orders, archiving and mail service
- Working time normally 60%. In case of team member absences, willingness for flexible holiday replacement (plus 20%)
- In 2028, the workplace will be relocated to the Biel-Bienne campus
What you ideally bring with you
- Commercial basic education with professional experience
- High customer and service orientation
- Precise, independent and efficient way of working, complemented by quick comprehension and great initiative
- Good Office skills and basic PC knowledge for operating internal programs
- Confident German (spoken and written) and oral French skills are required, English skills are an advantage
