Our interdisciplinary intensive care unit has 8 intensive care beds as well as 4 telemetry places. Annually, we care for around 96,000 patients at Limmattal Hospital. The focus of our work is on high-quality, individual and patient-centred care as well as close interprofessional collaboration.
Direct applications are preferred, external recruitment agencies will not be given priority.
This is where you get involved
- Care and support of patients with impaired vital functions of varying degrees. For this purpose, among other things, 5 ventilation places and 2 renal replacement devices are available
- Close interprofessional collaboration with the treatment team
- Documentation with our comprehensive electronic clinical information system
You
- have completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland
- are willing to work in an interdisciplinary team in a three-shift system
The entire practical training takes place at Limmattal Hospital. Our students also have monthly learning & learning transfer days available. A 4-week insight internship at the University Hospital Zurich (cardio- & neurosurgical intensive care unit) is also part of the postgraduate study. The theoretical training takes place at the Xund Education Centre in Lucerne. With a 100% workload, the course lasts 24 months. You will first be employed and trained as a qualified nurse HF/FH, and the training will then start by arrangement.
