What you bring with you
- Completed training as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH or equivalent
- Several years of professional experience in long-term care or a comparable environment
- Enjoyment of responsibility, organization, and development – even if you have no leadership experience so far
- Team spirit, empathy, and the ability to set priorities
- Openness to new things, willingness to learn, and desire for personal development
- Good knowledge of nursing documentation and digital tools
- Very good German language skills
Your tasks – with competence, heart, and perspective
- As a certified nursing specialist, you take over the professional care and support of our residents
- You ensure care quality, take responsibility in the care process, and actively contribute to the interdisciplinary team
- As Deputy Team Leader Nursing, you support the team leader in organizational tasks, duty planning, processes, and communication
- You learn – step by step – what good leadership means and are accompanied by experienced leaders
- You contribute ideas, participate in projects, and help to further develop our care culture
