Your main tasks

• Together in the dynamic Shared Leadership Team, consisting of a vocational trainer and a specialist responsible, you are responsible for the operational and personnel management of a team and ensure smooth operation on a nursing ward with around 20 beds.
• Ensuring professional and high-quality care of our patients
• You support a committed and dynamic team where quality is paramount.
• You are co-responsible for the coordination and organization of deployment planning, develop and control work processes and continuous improvements.
• Supporting nurses in the care process is also part of your tasks, and with your involvement, you successfully develop the quality of care further.
• Supporting new employees, apprentices, and students together in the Shared Leadership Team and creating a pleasant learning atmosphere
• You act conscientiously in your daily leadership, ensure the implementation of the training concept, and support the educational tasks within the Learning Island.
• You understand how to use the available resources rationally, economically, and environmentally consciously, taking into account quality requirements.
• Responsibility for achieving performance targets on the ward
• You actively participate in nursing if necessary

Your profile

• Completed training as a nursing specialist HF/FH, ideally with additional qualifications in management and/or leadership
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a Swiss acute hospital
• Committed and resilient, high social and professional competence
• Organizational talent, assertiveness, appreciative and respectful communication style
• Very good manners
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent organizational skills, reliability, and team player qualities complete your profile.
