Your main tasks
- You provide professional and individual care and support to our residents, even in complex situations, and are jointly responsible for the RAI assessment
- You implement palliative measures in delegation, taking ethical principles into account
- You accompany and support trainees
- You are jointly responsible for compliance with hygiene guidelines and take on domestic, administrative and logistical tasks
Your profile
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Good oral and written German skills
- Commitment and willingness to take responsibility
- Flexible, motivated, customer-oriented and a team player
