Property Manager Commercial Spaces

Your Tasks

• You are fully responsible for managing a portfolio consisting mainly of commercial properties
• You develop and control the annual budget including forecasts and check and post creditors
• You support and advise tenants and owners and manage the facility managers
• You are responsible for ensuring, executing, and accompanying maintenance as well as periodic condition assessments including reporting
• You prepare, negotiate, and manage commercial lease agreements as well as addenda and contract amendments
• You monitor the current rent policy and advise property owners on rent setting
• You organise and accompany apartment, space, and property handovers as well as inspections

Your Profile

• You hold a Federal Certificate of Competence in Property Management or an equivalent further education in the real estate sector
• You bring several years of professional experience in the real estate industry, have experience in tenancy law as well as basic construction knowledge
• Your mother tongue is German and ideally you can communicate orally and in writing in additional languages
• You possess high social and self-competence with the ability for self-management
• You live the values of customer orientation, communicate professionally, and enjoy interacting with people
• You have an affinity for technology, can apply new technologies, and are open to new things
• You work independently, take responsibility, and gladly share your knowledge within the team
