What you will do:
- You share co-responsibility for employee coordination and act as an interface between our clients, care staff, and administration
- You support efficient deployment planning and assist with the daily scheduling of assignments
- Thanks to your strong communication skills, you succeed in maintaining professional contact with internal and external contacts, also advising clients and relatives.
- Due to the high appreciation of services by our clients, you find it easy to compile individual solutions in the form of care, support, housekeeping, and security solutions for high benefit and added value.
- We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and you are ready to take on some on-call duties.
What you bring with you:
- You have a commercial education or professional experience in an administrative area such as customer service, reception, etc.
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
- Experience in a Spitex organization is an advantage
- You find it easy to make contact with people and have very good manners
- "Hands-on" attitude suits you and you enjoy working with other team members and departments
