Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the setup and operation of specialist areas such as signalling and marking.
- You create plan sketches, carry out inspections, and order traffic and signalling measures.
- You deputise for the Head of Traffic Engineering.
- You lead projects such as the introduction of inventory management software.
- You participate in on-site construction meetings and determine necessary signalling measures.
- You are responsible for enforcing the signalling regulations.
- You assist in advising on traffic safety and accident prevention measures.
- You are the contact person for internal and external stakeholders (clients, architects, internal specialist departments).
Your Profile
- You have completed vocational training (EFZ) and function-specific further education (e.g. technical school TS / higher professional examination).
- Ideally, you already have experience in this field.
- You have sound knowledge of road traffic law (SVG).
- You are well acquainted with the Signalling Ordinance (SSV).
- You have good IT skills in text, graphics, and tables.
- Your strengths include good communication skills and a confident public presence.
- You are flexible and willing to work outside usual hours (e.g. during major events such as carnival).
