HR Business Partner 80-100%
Responsibilities
- Operational advice to managers on all personnel-related issues
- Management of the entire recruitment process - from workforce planning to contract conclusion
- Support for employees and supervisors in development, conflict, return, disciplinary, and separation discussions
- Co-design and further development of modern HR processes, tools, and systems
- Support in personnel and succession planning as well as talent management processes
- Planning and conducting training sessions, workshops, and employee events
- Collaboration in cross-departmental projects and support during new openings
- Plannable travel activities (decentralised HR organisation)
Requirements
- Completed further training in HR (e.g. HR specialist certificate or comparable qualification)
- Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in gastronomy
- Very good knowledge of Swiss labour law and HR processes
- High digital and data affinity, confident handling of HR tools
- Strong advisory skills and confident appearance towards managers and employees
- Proactive, independent, and flexible personality with high social competence
