The future employee has functional and technical knowledge and skills to perform their tasks achieving high-quality results, can handle significant workloads, and is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requests of internal and external clients with a great spirit of collaboration, maintaining good relationships with people from different backgrounds.
Necessary requirements
- Federal certificate of competence as a domestic economy employee
- Familiarity with company cleaning and the use of cleaning machines
- Professional experience preferably gained in the socio-health sector (hospital, clinic, nursing home)
- Orientation towards change and development
- Proficiency in the Italian language
- Computer skills
- Availability for shift work (including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) with flexible hours.
