Property Manager (m/f/d)
Managing real estate means providing people with a home and offering companies the appropriate working environment. The tasks range from leasing and property management to construction management and specialised tenant support. - Full responsibility for managing a portfolio consisting mainly of residential properties
- Development and effective control of the annual budget, including detailed forecasts, as well as monitoring and booking of creditors
- Leadership and development of subordinate employees, with clear objectives and regular review of goal achievement
- Support and professional advice to tenants and owners, while managing facility management activities
- Ensuring, implementing and monitoring maintenance measures, including periodic condition assessments and detailed reporting
Qualifications:
- Possession of a Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence in property management or a comparable further education in the real estate sector
- Several years of professional experience in the real estate industry with knowledge of tenancy law and basic construction knowledge
- Excellent German skills, ideally with additional language skills for oral and written communication
- Strong social competence, self-management skills and the ability for self-reflection
- Embedding values such as customer orientation, professional communication and enjoyment in dealing with people
- Affinity for technology, ability to apply new technologies and openness to innovative approaches
- Self-learning competence and willingness to pass on acquired knowledge to others
