We are a private retirement and nursing home with 49 residents and a wide range of needs. Our Rägeboe is growing! As our facility is expanding, we are looking for reinforcement for our Technical Service.

We are looking for a committed individual as:

Caretaker (80-100%)

From 01.01.2027 or by arrangement

You are...
...a handy person with two right hands, a good eye for the essentials, and a healthy sense of humour?
You prefer to get stuck in rather than discuss things at length, find a solution for (almost) every problem, and remain calm even when things don’t go according to plan?
You like people, enjoy a lively environment, and appreciate a workplace where things aren’t made more complicated than they need to be?

Your tasks:
3 You support the Technical Service management, to whom you report directly.
3 Driving licence category B (car)
3 You keep our house in good shape and ensure everything runs smoothly.
3 You prefer to carry out minor repairs and maintenance work yourself.
3 You keep an eye on our building technology, from heating to technical systems.
3 You take care of our surroundings, from gardening to winter services.
3 You help when furniture is moved, rooms are set up, or events are prepared.
3 And if anything needs two skilful hands, you are there.

What you bring:
3 Ideally, training as a caretaker with a federal professional certificate
3 Or basic training with the willingness to complete caretaker school
3 Interest in building maintenance and good technical understanding
3 A reliable, independent, and straightforward working style
3 Enjoyment in dealing with elderly people and an open ear for their concerns
3 Initiative, team spirit, and a healthy sense of humour
