In the course of our expansion, we are looking for dedicated nursing assistants (SRK) who share our values and wish to commit themselves long-term in the regions of Zurich and Schwyz.We are looking for you!
As a healthcare assistant, you actively shape our outpatient services in health and assistance. After training, you will be the first point of contact for our clients in the respective deployment area on site. There you will take on competent basic care and domestic everyday support according to company guidelines as well as independent care documentation. You feel committed to the concerns and needs of our clients as well as to our quality standards and values.
What we expect:
- A completed training as a nursing assistant or equivalent qualification
- Experience in a similar role is advantageous in care and support
- Enjoyment in building an active team, a high degree of personal responsibility, and flexible willingness to work are among your strengths
- Good oral and written German skills, empathetic interaction, and respect in supporting people with disabilities characterise you
