These are your tasks
- lead and develop the Network Infrastructure Maintenance team for water, district heating and gas and create clear framework conditions for good collaboration
- ensure a safe and reliable operation of the supply networks together with the team
- bear technical and safety responsibility for network control and maintenance of the pipeline networks
- take on tasks in the operational on-call service and ensure coordination, situation assessment, prioritisation and escalation in the event of faults together with the involved parties
- further develop workflows, standards and processes and actively promote improvements and digitalisation in the maintenance area
- anchor legal requirements, safety regulations, rules and internal instructions within the team and ensure their compliance and further development
- work closely with adjacent areas and represent your team’s concerns in cross-departmental topics and projects
This is what sets you apart
- higher technical education (HF/FH) in a technical field or comparable further training, e.g. as a maintenance specialist, maintenance manager or wellmaster
- several years of professional experience in a technical environment as well as leadership experience
- committed leadership approach at eye level with orientation, clear responsibilities and targeted development of employees
- open and audience-appropriate communication and enjoyment of working with different specialist areas
- confident appearance even in demanding situations thanks to a good overview, clear priorities and comprehensible decisions
- solution-oriented mindset with an eye for improvement potential and enjoyment in further developing existing processes together with your team
- interest in the further development of a modern, safe and future-oriented network infrastructure
