About the Position
To support our production at the Klingnau site, we are looking for an engaged personality for our Special Manufacturing team immediately or by arrangement. In this versatile role, you will work on the production of special products, custom-made items, and standard components. You will also assist with smaller laboratory tasks and contribute directly to the quality of our products through careful, precise work.
What You Can Achieve
Support the laboratory team with smaller lab tasks such as TG samples and measurements with the FARO arm
Manufacture special and custom-made products according to specifications and customer requirements
Dry or wet winding of fiber composite parts
Perform infusions using the RTM process or vacuum bag
Pouring various resin systems
Bonding different components with high precision
Pressing small quantities in different shapes and sizes
What You Bring
Completed vocational training with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ), e.g., as a plastics technologist, carpenter, mold maker, or in a similar manual profession
Experience with fiber composite materials is an advantage but not mandatory
Quick comprehension as well as clean and precise working methods
Independent, reliable, and flexible personality with high accuracy
Good technical and manual skills as well as enjoyment of precise manufacturing
Motivation, teamwork skills, and good spatial imagination
Good German language skills in spoken and written form; English is an advantage
