What to expect
- Assessment and handling of complex KVG and VVG daily allowance cases according to legal requirements and internal guidelines and/or integral support of key clients
- Collaboration with Case Management, the recourse department, Legal & Compliance, consulting doctors, external legal advisors
- Coordination with the involved social insurances
- Maintaining contact with agencies, brokers, and key clients
- Participation in various projects and other tasks as needed
- Professional support/leadership including case discussions within the team

What you bring
- Completed commercial vocational training
- Further education in the health or social insurance sector
- Several years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in the health/social insurance industry
- High affinity and experience in the conception and implementation of projects and processes
- Communicative, team-oriented, and resilient personality with a networked way of thinking
