To support our technical team, we are looking for you in Rotkreuz immediately or by arrangement as:

Technician Smartphone 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

You will take on the following tasks:

• Diagnoses and repairs across the entire product portfolio
• Creating binding cost estimates
• Acquiring and expanding manufacturer-specific knowledge
• Ordering and managing spare parts
• Contributing to process optimisation
• Oral and written responses to customer service enquiries
• Training and onboarding new employees
• Co-responsibility for meeting annual targets
• Active support in complying with manufacturer- and customer-specific SLAs

Your profile:

You have completed vocational training in electrical engineering or have a strong technical affinity and want to contribute to a sustainable society? A good understanding of processes and very good PC user skills complete your profile? You are an open and creative personality who brings a speedy and precise working style as well as a quick grasp? Of course, you speak fluent German and ideally have basic knowledge of English. And last but not least, you are an absolute team player and eager to develop a specialist area with great potential together as a team? Then we definitely should get to know each other.
