Your team
The Corporate Functions division brings together the Group's non-banking activities and has more than 600 employees. Managed by specialists who have a thorough knowledge of all business lines, the central functions are divided into various departments: Communication, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Information Security, Internal Audit, Legal, Corporate Office, Risk and Tax.
Your role
• Ensure the stability, quality and security of the data made available, particularly for the production of numerous indicators related to analytical and financial accounting.
• Develop, maintain and optimise robust data pipelines by integrating innovative automation solutions.
• Contribute to the review and evolution of system architecture and data flows.
• Design and develop innovative solutions, including the integration of AI models for anomaly detection, forecasting or optimisation, to improve the quality, availability and traceability of data and reports produced.
• Work closely with the Finance department teams, business lines and the Pictet Tech division to design and implement the best environment for the optimal use of relevant data.
• Lead and monitor deployment and/or transformation projects of major IT systems at Group and/or legal entity level, coordinating activities between suppliers, Pictet Tech and business lines.
• Support and train Finance teams in adopting new functionalities, promoting innovation and optimising their operational efficiency.
Your profile
• University degree, ideally in computer science, data science, engineering or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in similar roles, with a strong focus on data management and technological innovation.
• Good knowledge of system architecture and data structuring.
• Excellent knowledge of Oracle and Snowflake database management (PLSQL and SQL).
• Experience in application development (Apex, Python, Streamlit, JavaScript, Angular and React).
• Experience with business intelligence tools (Tableau, BusinessObjects and Sigma).
• Experience in integrating artificial intelligence solutions (Copilot, Anthropic, etc.) and creating agents: a major asset.
• Good knowledge of the banking world and financial products (including funds): an advantage.
• Autonomy, flexibility, discipline, ability to manage priorities and quick learning skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French.
• Residence in Switzerland required.
