Your area of responsibility
- You sort, process, check and record received payroll documents
- You prepare LPP contribution statements, corrections, supplementary statements as well as account extracts and pension certificates
- In case of incomplete or incorrect documents, you clarify outstanding points and request missing information
- You independently enter and process cases of incapacity for work
- You professionally advise our French-speaking clients and insured persons, in writing or by telephone
Your strengths to convince us
- You have commercial training (CFC or equivalent) as well as relevant initial professional experience
- You are fluent in French, both spoken and written, and use your language skills daily to provide professional and customer-oriented advice. You also have solid basic knowledge of German (company language).
- You like numbers, can work under pressure and enjoy teamwork
- You have a sense of duty and are used to working precisely and independently
- You enjoy customer contact and stand out through your service orientation, friendliness and helpful attitude
