Department Manager: Hardware and Cosmetics

Tasks

Together with around 12 employees, you ensure the sales success of your department as Department Manager: Hardware and Cosmetics.
Your plan: You promote and develop your employees. This is how your team implements the company strategy.
You think and act entrepreneurially. This guarantees that the right products are always on the shelves and that they look top-notch.
Your daily tasks? You create the staff deployment plan including cost control and implement measures to promote sales.
General administrative tasks are naturally also part of your role in our successful company.

You are determined, solution-oriented and a winning sales personality – with leadership experience in a department store? That would be perfect.
Thanks to your vocational training in retail, you are a professional in your field. Ideally, you have acquired your business management skills through further training as a retail specialist.
We expect you to have perfect written and spoken German. Additional foreign languages will earn you points with us.
You are also familiar with common Office programmes.
