About the job

Your Tasks

Consulting our customers in the design and implementation of modern data platforms
Analysis of business requirements and translation into scalable data architectures
Development and operation of data pipelines (ETL/ELT) for structured and semi-structured data
Implementation of data models for analytics, BI and advanced analytics
Participation in cloud migrations (e.g. DWH → Cloud / Lakehouse)
Support of account management in pre-sales, offers and solution designs

Your Profile

Completed university degree (FH/Uni) in the field of data science, mathematics, statistics, computer science, physics or a comparable mathematical-scientific discipline
Very good knowledge of SQL as well as solid experience working with relational and analytical data models
Experience in developing ETL-/ELT pipelines (e.g. with Talend, Informatica, Azure Data Factory, dbt or comparable tools)
Practical experience or strong interest in cloud data platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks)
Experience with Python or willingness to actively use this programming language in daily project work
Good knowledge of dimensional data modeling (star/snowflake schema, data vault is an advantage)
Understanding of modern analytics architectures (DWH, Lakehouse, streaming, batch vs. near-realtime)
Experience with BI and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) is an advantage
Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
Interest in consulting activities, customer communication and continuous professional development
