Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing

Activities

Setting up, programming and operating CNC-controlled lathes
Assembly of electro-welded sleeves including packaging
Setting up assembly lines as well as preparing the electro-welded sleeves
Ensuring product quality through inspections
Carrying out maintenance and preventive servicing on the equipment
Active participation in process optimisation and internal projects as well as audits

Requirements

A successfully completed apprenticeship as a mechatronics technician or polymechanic
Experience with CNC programming as well as professional experience in turning and milling
Faro CAM2 software experience is an advantage
Independent, innovative and team-oriented working style
Willingness to work in a two-shift system and on Saturdays
Very good German language skills
